Tate Modern is one of the greatest modern art galleries in the World. It’s an amazing building and the collection of art is makes an impressive line-up of global proportions. Housed in an old industrial power station it’s in the Top 3 most visited London attractions (behind The British Museum and The National Gallery).
It’s worth visiting when you are in the South Bank area, and it’s free to enter so you can spend as much or as little time as you wish.
The permanent works feature Picasso, Matisse and more, but the temporary exhibitions are often hugely popular too.
